Automatic nickel sheet spot welding machine is a semi-automatic machine that uses resistance welding equipment to automatically weld nickel sheet and electronic wire. Due to the advantages of low resistivity, beautiful solder joint, oxidation resistance, environmental protection and easy operation, it is widely used in the welding equipment of conductive wire in battery new energy industry.
The equipment is mainly composed of automatic nickel sheet feeding device, cutting device, spot welding power supply and spot welding machine head. The automatic nickel sheet feeding device cooperates with manual wire swing to realize fast, accurate and stable welding without Tin, and the efficiency can reach 2600-4000 pieces per hour.
4. Functional features
4.1. The whole machine adopts Mitsubishi PLC control, touch screen human-machine interface and parameter display.
4.2. The nickel sheet stepper motor can feed automatically, and the length can be set arbitrarily. Pre discharge mechanism is added to prevent the deviation of feeding length.
4.3. Pneumatic cutting, the cutter is independently designed, and the cutter can be changed quickly. Round cutter and straight cutter can be selected.
4.4. The nickel sheet guide groove is independently designed and has an extraction structure, which is convenient to replace nickel sheets of different specifications.
4.5. Standard inverter DC welding power supply, fast speed and stable welding performance.
4.6. The welding mode can be selected, including feeding before welding or welding before feeding.
4.7. Innovative feeding mechanism, spot welding position could be forward welding, reverse welding, vertical welding and intermediate welding.
